Lieutenant General K.J.S. Dhillon - widely known by his call-sign Tiny - is a retired Indian Army officer who served as General Officer Commanding of the Srinagar-based XV Corps from 2019 to 2020, a period that included the abrogation of Article 370 and the related security operations in Jammu & Kashmir.
Over his multi-decade career he held command, staff, and training appointments across India. Following retirement he has been a regular public voice on strategic affairs, counter-insurgency in Kashmir, and military leadership, and has authored books and columns on these subjects.
