Jonty Rhodes

South African cricketing great; widely regarded as the finest fielder in modern cricket.

Jonty Rhodes is a former South African international cricketer widely regarded as the most influential fielder of the modern era. Over a 12-year playing career he featured in 245 ODIs and 52 Tests for South Africa, playing a defining role in the country's post-readmission rise in world cricket.

Since retirement, Rhodes has become a long-serving fielding coach across franchise cricket - including with India A, Mumbai Indians, Kings XI Punjab, and Sweden's men's team - and a fixture on the Indian coaching and motivational circuit. He married an Indian and has spoken warmly of his long association with the country.

His stage sessions turn on fielding as craft, teaching versus talent, and the cultural differences in how the sport is played, coached, and consumed.
